"Rolling Emoticons complete the world - image - object cycle. The cycle is composed of I See Catastrophes Ahead, Il Etait Une Fois, Image Families, Abracadabra. These works led to musing on logos.

The rolling emoticons are not words, for they do not spell anything, they are not images, for they are hard to read as such, they are not objects, for the crawl on the floor; yet, they are part words, part images, part objects."
